TextHours

Crews text their hours. The office bills and pays.

The problem

TextHours is for companies that pay contractors by the hour: crews in the field, and an office that bills and pays them.

Hours came in as texts, photos and calls. The office retyped them into a spreadsheet, and invoices went out days late.

How it works

  1. Workers text their hoursIn English or Spanish, from any phone. An AI reads the message, confirms it and fills in the timesheet.
  2. The office approvesOne list of what is pending. Approve the week, or flag what looks wrong.
  3. The invoice is readyApproving creates the invoice, with labor and expenses already in. Nothing to retype.
  4. Paid over ACHThe office pays from the same screen, and the worker gets a text when the money is on its way.

Our crews just text their hours. The week is approved and invoiced the same day, and nobody chases a timesheet on Friday any more.
