REV210 finds ministers to officiate funerals for funeral homes and families in Texas and Missouri.
Requests came in by phone. The office called minister after minister to find one who was free, and tracked payments in spreadsheets.
How it works
- The system ranks who can goEach request opens on the ministers who are ready, nearest and free first, with the reason on every row.
- One offer to all of them at onceThe office unticks who it is not for and sends. Every minister gets the offer on their phone.
- The first to accept gets itThe minister is assigned, the other offers close, and the office sees it right away.
- Every step on the recordWho was offered, who declined and who accepted, in the request's history and on each minister's page.
One offer goes out and the first minister takes it. No more calling down a list, and every church knows who is coming and when.
